SPEC home inspection reports are clear, concise, and easy to read. Digital imaging is used to help explain areas of interest. A printed copy of the report, composed and produced in a mobile office at the inspection site, is supplied at the end of the physical inspection. A CD accompanies the report that has the report saved as an Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file, a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader and all the pictures taken in the course of the inspection with a picture browser. The report may be sent, upon request, via email usually from the inspection site. The copy of the report on the CD is the official report.
